"Your Product Activation Key Reached Its Activation Limit..."

Hello,
I have problem with my activation parallels 10.
Failed to activate the license: Unable to confirm the product license. You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

Could someone help me with this problem? Thanks

Hardware changes and unable to activate " Activation limit reached" Please assist so I can re-install. Thanks, PDJ

I own multiple MacBook Pro's and while I have installed it several times, it has the option to deactivate the previous copies...so I assumed that kept me in compliance. Currently, none of the MacBook Pro's are running it, as I have reloaded the OS with Sierra. I attempted to install it on my 15" MacBook Pro and it tells me "Activation Limit Reached." I read that I can go to previous machines to deactivate, but those machines have already been formatted. Please advise what I can do to get this resolved.

Hello,
I have the same issue here on my Parallel Desktop 10 either. I had migrated my hdd to the a new hdd and is working fine, but until the mac was dead and I switched the new hdd to a new mac and it was stuck to get activate again and says "Activation Limit Reached". It would be please if there is any way to reset the limitation or any suggestion I can work with to make the software works again??
Thanks~

Hello BrianF4, please check your private message and reply back to us.

I'm having the same problem. I have followed the instructions to move my license to a new computer, but have received the "Activation Limit" message. Can you please help?

Hello, I have the same problem with my Parallels 11 license. Can't activate it on a new Mac, even after disconnected from the old one. It tells that I have reached the maximum ......
Thank you for helping me
Regards

I just upgraded to a new 2016 MBP and I'm getting this error.

After installing Parallels 11 on my new MBP and signing out of Parallels on my old MBP, I enter the Activation Key and get the "This license already in use..." message. When I click "Activate on this Mac", I get a message that says "Unable to confirm the product license. You have reached the maximum number of activations...".

Why would I still be getting this error if I'm signed out on both of my Macs? Would someone please help me get me license reset?

Ah, I'd like to add that I have Parallels 10 (without the activation feature). I think it needs to be reset on your side, correct?
Thanks!
