    Hello everyone.
    I have the same problem.
I sent an email to "[email protected]" for assistance.
Is the right way or should I do otherwise?
    Thanks.

    Hello,
I just got a new MacBook Pro, replacing an 2011 MacBook Pro. I am having problems with activation limit when attempting to install Parallels 10 on new machine. I get the message "Your Product Activation Key Reached Its Activation Limit...".
(I have an upgrade license from Parallels 8)

What is the correct procedure for setting up the new machine with an existing license?

    Hi Parallels team,
I just got a new iMac, which replaces my 2012 MacBook Pro. The machine had to be exchanged twice after purchase because there were issues with the main logic board. I am having problems with activation limit when attempting to install Parallels 10 on the last machine I got from Apple. Parallels shows the message "Your Product Activation Key Reached Its Activation Limit...". I was using Parallels 9 before and never had an issue like that.

Is there any way to deactivate the license on the MacBook Pro, which I still own? I read instructions in Parallels knowledge base that an uninstallation of an activated copy of Parallels should enable the activation on a new system. I already tried this without any success. Parallels still states the message above.
Is there any way to reset my activation limit?

    Hi ManojD!
I have the same problem here. Why did you ask Deflator and Bjorn_Nielsen to check their private messages? Isn't there an easy or general solution to be applied? I will very much like to "deactivate" my account prior to formatting my hard drive. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Like many, many others, I also just replaced my Mac and migrated to a new machine. Now that I have done this, I am being told that I have reached my Activation Limit. I have submitted a support ticket but have not heard back.

Looking for a solution to this frustrating problem.

Same problem: Migrate programs and settings from old to new Mac including Parallels Desktop 10.
After Starting on new Mac there is following error: "activation limit reached".
Can't activate Parallels Desktop 10 on new Mac.
I deinstalled on the old Mac (deleting App, cleaning Recycle Bin, starting old Mac), or deleting with PDremove.

    Please help.

    Matthias
