"Your PC/Device needs to be repaired" - Error code: 0xc0000221

I am having issues with a Windows 10 installation on a Mac.

I tried to boot up the virtual machine yesterday afternoon and got the following error message:

Recovery
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.
File: \windows\System32\drivers\storachi.sys
Error code: 0xc0000221

I have tried a number of things already but nothing seems to be working. I can't seem to boot the system in Safe Mode either.

The following has not worked:
- Repair computer from disc (virtually mounted .iso) - I have tried a couple of times and it either fails or sends me back to the "Advanced Options" Screen
- Start-up Repair - I get the message "Start-up repair couldn't repair your PC"
- System Restore - It runs through the process but fails with an error code 0x800705aa
- Uninstall updates - get an error message "We ran into a problem..."

I only use the virtual machine for one program but it is critical to my business. It contains all of the information I need in an access database, if I am unable to restore the machine is there any way I can extract the database from the Mac side and reinstall a fresh copy of Windows?

Any input and possible solutions would be hugely appreciated.
