Your activation key has been disabled due to security reasons

I am moving to my new MBP and doing a clean install rather than a migration. When I try to activate Parallels 6 I receive "Your activation key has been disabled due to security reasons: someone might have attempted to use the same activation key." I tried uninstalling the app from the old MBP but I still receive the error. What do I need to do in order to free up the activation code?
