Just had to rebuild mac, and can't get past:
"You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key"
Found a solution that says, log in to old mac, but motherboard is dead... PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi, your key has been reset, please check the issue.
 
I am having the same issue. Can I have my activation key reset, as well? Currently moving from an old computer to a new one, but still running the same version of macOS on the new one and need to reactivate Parallels.
