For some software legacy reasons, I need to create a virtual machine running Windows XP. I am running the latest parallels on an M1 Max on the latest Macbook Pro and I am wondering if it is possible, as I suppose XP is not ARM based OS ? I installed Parallels 17 in order to look at the latest windows 11 preview.
If this is not possible with XP, is it possible to install earlier versions of Parallels which can run XP on this MacBook with the M1 chip, or does it not allow it?
