World of Warcraft (WOW) graphics issues

I have read about the following problems occurring around 2020 when a change was made to the game, but since then, a game update fixed them.
I am trying to run World of Warcraft, subscription based, regular content. I have not downloaded the latest expansion "The War Within".
Main problem: No characters have eyes. All mobs are solid black with no texture. Plant and organic models are solid black.
The music sounds great. Everything runs good. It's just the graphics. It looks like I am battling Shadow People. The ground texture also flickers.
I have included screenshots of the game and my system.
Many users have reported that the game works fine on their intel based Macs, but I am running on Apple Silicon M2 8-cores
I have nothing running other than the game and emulator.
Parallels Pro version 20 set to game mode
Windows 11 Pro set to game mode, full screen. Windowed mode did not help.
Game graphics are set to very low
I have already tried all the advice of the YouTube community.
Is this a Sonoma issue ?

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same exact issue, but The War Within. Running Parallels on Mac Studio M4Max, so resources are not an issue. 10 cores, 30GB RAN allocated to Windows 11 Pro in Parallels. 40 Core GPU should run this flawlessly. Is Parallels not supporting Metal from Apple hardware?
