WordPerfect 2021 can't get past the Splash Screen after Update to Desktop For Mac to 20.3.1

I updated Parallels this morning to 20.3.1, and now I can't get WordPerfect to open past the splash screen. Another Windows program works fine. This is mission critical since I use WordPerfect to write my legal briefs!! I have tried to "Force quit" and restart, restarted my Mac and I still can't get beyond the WordPerfect splash screen. HELP!

Hello PhilipS1,

Have you tried reinstalling the application?
