Won't update Windows 11 from 23H2 to 24H2

No matter what I try, the Update fails.
It starts to download, then Install but gets to about 25% then fails. It's error code is

Error 0xC19001E2

Nothing I do resolves this. is it possible to restore the Windows 11 VM somehow, or actually update it manually?
I'm hoping I can get some help here. Other updates install ok, like Defender files, but the system won't update.
Help.., (I'm on an M2 Mac)
 
I Thinks some time the Problems will be happened for License Issues I think if you will take a new License in too your Pc then it will be Solved
