Won't download video

Bit poster
Macbook air 11", Catalina 10.15.4, Parallels 15.1.3.
Attempting to download online video, i get a "Failed to get the video" error. I went to help and looked for an upgrade, but none. Reattempt failed.
It used to work well prior to upgrading the OS to Catalina and upgrading Parallels. Is there a solution to allow me to download video? It is not site specific.

Hello,
we realised that you're using one of the old version of Parallels Toolbox. We've updated library to download the video. Please quit from "Download Video" tool, open Toolbox -> press on cogwheel -> Check for Updates. Then launch "Download Video" tool again and try to download videos again.
