Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_18343 / Boot hangs

I just updated to Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_18343 via the normal windows update function. Installation etc. all went well, no problems.

But the reboot hangs. After a couple of seconds, the rotating dots stop, and everything hangs. I already used the "devices.x2apic.enable=0" option but that didn't help. Whatever I try, the reboot is always hanging.

Any idea what to try now or how to track the problem down?
 
Ok, so. I did two things:
  1. I switched from Parallels Hypervisor to Apple
  2. After the next automatic roll-back, I just connected an ISO image and installed the preview from there
With these changes, everything worked.
