Windows XP VM can't access Mac files

In a prior update, I was able to access my Mac files with Parallels. However, no matter what I do, Windows can no longer access Mac files
These are the settings I chose to make sure that Mac files can be accessed.

But the Mac files shortcut appears as a blank icon, and when I double click it, I get an error saying that it can't be accessed.
I've never had this problem before. What should I do?

The Install Parallels Tools action says "Reinstall Parallels Tools" on my end.

Also, the reinstalling of Parallels Tools worked. Thank you for the help.
