windows vm crash at startup

Hi
Anyone having the same issue? When starting my win11 vm it crashes and throughs an error report. I've tried to install a new win11 via the wizard and it does the same thing. I'm running Parallels 20 on MacBook Pro M1 with Sequoia 15.5
