Windows programs won't run due to missing .dll files

I'm running the developer preview version of Windows 11 ARM 64 on an M1 Mac through Parallels 17. Several programs won't run due to missing MSVCP140.dll and Vcruntime140.dll files. Installing latest Visual Studio version through Microsoft website doesn't work. Has anyone else seen this problem and solved it? Would love feedback!

MSVCP140.dll and Vcruntime140.dll files are a part of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 package, and usually they are part of the installation of the programs that require them.

Have you tried installing it as part of the latest package: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist
Or separately: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

I'm having a similar problem with the Microsoft Sharepoint Migration Tool (SPMT). It is looking for wintrust.dll which is on my computer (in several places) but in directories that have "arm" in their names. I suspect the Windows installer is not looking for that directory name.
