Windows Network Doesn't Work After Upgrade to 16.1.0

I have been using my Windows 10 64-bit VM a lot recently so I need to get this resolved.

Host is Catalina 10.15.7. After the update to 16, Windows cannot see any of its network drives. I get the following warning. I can wake up a File Explorer and see much the same thing -- no network drives and no discovery. I didn't change any network settings. Any suggestions? Any help much appreciated.
