Windows Manager won't resize Office apps, but works for others

The options for Windows Manager to resize Windows in any Office 365 apps doesn't work. They are ghosted. Here is what I see in Word and Excel.



They work as expected with other apps like Edge.

I'm running Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224) on a 2021 Mac Pro M1 Pro with 32GB RAM.

We have been unable to reproduce the issue.

Please reproduce the issue and collect a technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Settings (Gear) icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

It started working again today. I'll keep an eye out to see if it stops working again.
