I've searched all over and cannot seem to find an answer to what I assume is a dumb setting somewhere. So, my apologies for being so obtuse, but here's the situation. I'm Parallels Desktop 11, Windows 10 on a non-retina Macbook Air as some background. I have Parallels Tools installed.
When I launch Windows, the window is locked in a fixed aspect ratio. So, the screen can never be much more than 50-60% of the screen. IOW, I can stretch it to fit horizontally beyond that. If I go full screen, it does that but just blocks out left and right with negative space. Note that I Can change the resolution, but only within the boundaries set above.
What am I missing here? It's driving me batty. Thanks in advance for any help.
