Windows Explorer stops responding when switching to Coherence Mode

Every time I switch to Coherence mode, I get a dialog saying "Windows Explorer has stopped responding." The coherence mode works fine, but this dialog is extremely annoying. Also, if I suspend the machine and resume it in Coherence mode, the same dialog pops up and freezes everything.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate boot camp on Parallels latest version.
 
Try to reinstall Parallels Tools. But i personally think it looks like Windows related issue. Try to run chkdsk /f or windows repair.
