Thank you. I tried it again. The commands came through as per the article until after submitting
prlctl exec UUID net user as instructed. I now get a message:
Unable to open new session in this virtual machine. Make sure the latest version of Parallels Tools is installed in this virtual machine and it has finished booting.
Windows 7 is up and running. I'm just unable to log in b/c I lost the password.
When I upgraded to Parallels 10 I did the standard install which I assume is a compete install. Do I have to reinstall Parallels? I am running a MacBookPro without a DVD drive. Thanks.
