Windows 7, BSOD, Parallels 14.x, Mojave

I've been running a Windows 7 VM for 5 years and have never had an issue. Now some combination of upgrading to Mojave and moving to Parallels 14.x (currently 14.1.0) is resulting in the VM blue screening randomly. I have manually reinstalled Parallels Tools. There is no obvious usage pattern that triggers the crash. The Mac OS is unaffected by the crash.
What information can I provide to help track this issue down?
 
Having found a similar report for Windows 10 and a suggestion to submit a technical report I have done so.
