Windows 11: ssh from another pc in the network and ping

Hi,
I have two questions about the network:

1.
I installed Windows 11 in a MacBook ARM M1 pro and configured ssh server and client.
From the MacBook I can access the Windows VM (shared network) either directly or via port forwarding (in Parallels Preferences): ssh [email protected] or ssh [email protected].
How do I access the Virtual Machine from another computer on the local network (192.168.1.255)? And remotely?

2.
From Windows I can ping on other machines, but from MacBook and the other PC (with Linux) I can't ping on Windows. What needs to be set up?
ping -c3 10.211.55.26 -> Timeout.

In the Preference is active the Network, but I cannot find the item "Proxy"...
