The troubleshooting advice within Windows isn't very helpful, the first thing it tells me to do is "check to see if BT is toggled on" - there's no way to toggle BT on or off. The headphones in question are Sony WH1000-MX4, and I can't play games without them connected because the speakers on my MBP are shot, and I can't get to an Apple Store to get the logic board replaced (I have AppleCare+ so kind of hoping they'll decide it's so FUBAR that I'll get a replacement machine, the keyboard doesn't work either (I'm using a Magic Keyboard), nor does the mic, nor do two of the USB ports).
Pairing under macOS is simple; you hold down the power button, it picks them up and you click 'connect' - under Windows, it doesn't even attempt to connect to them - I see "cannot connect to device" the second I click "add device".

There's also a button marked "run automated BT troubleshooter" which doesn't appear to do anything.

Any idea as to how I can get them to connect...? They work fine under macOS

    Thank you

Okay, I now understand that Windows should be able to use the BT connection from macOS but, when I connect them to macOS, I hear nothing in Windows, but they're fine in macOS. As I said in my previous post, I need to get them working because I can't use my MBP's speakers.
As far as I can tell, nothing's muted - any ideas as to why they won't work...? They're fully charged.
