I'm on an M2 Mac mini. (Silicone) with latest OS (Sequoia) & Parallels
It's worked fine up till now. Install things fine. But now not.
It tries, then fails with
Install error - 0xc19001e2

Can't find a solution at all. It's been fine up till now.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Error 0xC19001e2 is also known as error MOSETUP_E_PREINSTALL_SCRIPT_FAILED, and it's an error code that occurs when a pre-install script fails to execute or returns an error. The pre-install script may not run due to a Windows Update glitch or corrupted system files

I have the same issue. My virtual Windows 11 Pro Arm is stuck at 24H2 and I don't receive any windows updates to move to the latest Windows 11 build. Has anyone found a work around for this?

I had the same issue, even downloading the iso ended up failing and rolling back. I was running on a local login, not signed into Microsoft. The only thing I changed was that I ended up signing into Microsoft so I could validate another VM with a clean install. However, after logging into Microsoft and verifying that it saw my installation on their site, then verifying my license was activated on my VM, I downloaded the 25H2 iso and ran that as admin manually. It appears to have worked and my VM is now up on 25H2.
