Windows 11 boots to a black screen

Windows 11 boots to a black screen. Stopping, resetting, etc. Nothing changes the end result, once it goes through the boot process and shows the user account logging in, the screen goes black.

2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.
