Windows 11 and VS 2022 sluggish after Parallels 19 upgrade

I waited a little bit to upgrade to 19, hoping that the inevitable bugs that Parallels is famous for on each major release would be recognized and addressed, but I guess I was mistaken. :( After upgrading I'm finding that many apps -- particularly Visual Studio 2022 for ARM -- are sluggish. VS 2022 will just freeze for 2-5 seconds. Anyone else seeing this?

This is running on an 14" M2 MacBook Pro.
