Windows 10 won't boot after installing Creator's Update (MacOS 10.11, Parallels 13.3.2)

Hello!
I have searched the forum and www, but have not found a solution to my challenge.
After installing Windows Creator's Update my Windows 10 won't boot. It would end up with the spinning dots.
What is the cause and how to resolve? Thanks in beforehand.

I am running MacOS 10.11.6 on MacBookPro12.1 and Parallels 13.3.2).

Hi @SergeyP2 , please try Actions > Reset and check if that helps.
