Windows 10 VM can't connect to a VPN IPSec

I can set up and connect to the VPN on Mac. However, the same doesn't happen on Windows VM. I could connect to VPN on Mac and then share the connection with the VM. However, in that case, my entire system would be connected to a VPN, not just the VM.

Is there a solution?
 
I have the same problem. When I checked the adapters, it shows "Device missing" on the VPN adapter. Any solution to this?
