If your Windows 10 screen appears red, it could be due to a variety of reasons. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check your display settings: Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings." Ensure that the color profile is set correctly. If you have recently changed the settings, try reverting them to default.
Adjust color settings: Open the "Display settings" and click on "Color calibration." Follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate your display. This process can help correct any color-related issues.
Update graphics drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can cause display problems. Visit the manufacturer's website of your graphics card (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) and download the latest drivers for your specific model. Install the drivers and restart your computer.
Check cables and connections: Make sure all the cables connecting your monitor to the computer are securely plugged in. Try using a different cable or port to eliminate the possibility of a faulty connection.
Test with another monitor: If possible, connect your computer to a different monitor or TV to see if the red screen issue persists. If the problem disappears, it could indicate a fault with your original monitor.
Disable color filters: Windows 10 has a built-in color filter feature that can alter the display colors. Press the Windows key + Ctrl + C to toggle color filters on and off. Ensure that color filters are disabled.
Scan for malware: Malicious software can sometimes cause unusual display behavior. Run a thorough scan with a reputable antivirus program to check for any potential infections.

@PeterG30 Perhaps you could pay a little more attention to the topic of discussion before swooping in with a completely incorrect response.
I'll address your response in parts:
Check your display settings: Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings." Ensure that the color profile is set correctly. If you have recently changed the settings, try reverting them to default.
Adjust color settings: Open the "Display settings" and click on "Color calibration." Follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate your display. This process can help correct any color-related issues.
This is not possible as the computer is running macOS and the VM is running Windows 10. The 'red screen' (which you'll see is a screenshot by the OP) makes any and all input within the VM impossible.
Update graphics drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can cause display problems. Visit the manufacturer's website of your graphics card (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) and download the latest drivers for your specific model. Install the drivers and restart your computer.
As we are discussing a macOS issue, you can not simply update the graphics drivers, as those we have are those provided by Apple. Also, the issue is not one of outdated graphics card drivers, but rather an issue affecting communication between the Metal API (another macOS thing) and the Parallels Desktop video acceleration module.
As we are discussing a macOS issue, and as you would know, the iMac is an integrated unit, there are no 'cables' to check. This also includes virtual machines. They too do not have any cables. As both myself and the OP have indicated, our iMacs are working just fine, no issue with our displays, but rather the output from the Parallels Desktop VM is displaying 'red'. Again, no cables or monitor to swap as Parallels Desktop facilitates virtual machines.
Disable color filters: Windows 10 has a built-in color filter feature that can alter the display colors. Press the Windows key + Ctrl + C to toggle color filters on and off. Ensure that color filters are disabled.
As previously discussed, This is not possible as the computer is running macOS and the VM is running Windows 10. The 'red screen' makes any and all input within the VM impossible.
Scan for malware: Malicious software can sometimes cause unusual display behavior. Run a thorough scan with a reputable antivirus program to check for any potential infections.
