Windows 10 Screen Goes Black after restart

Updated fine from Win 7 Ultimate to Win 10 Pro. Shut the VM down. When I restarted the Win 10 screen was solid black. Win 10 was working fine until the shut down and startup. I have Parallels 10.2.2 Any ideas on correcting this?

I just had exactly the same experience updating Win 7 Home Premium to Win 10 Home. Everything was working perfectly after installation, but after shutting down Windows 10 once, I cannot restart Windows without it going to a black screen. Nothing shows up. Nothing. I have the latest version of Parallels. Need solution quickly.

Yes a couple of us are seeing this behavior.

I just had the same problem after the first restart of Windows 10

It seems you have just to wait and start windows 10 without using the full screen mode
