Windows 10 Preview 2 - Parallels Tools installs on every restart

I also had this problem with the latest build of Windows 10 and sis nit see this thread so started another. Will probably try this solution but really don't like the changes in the Start menu that were made in 9926 so may just leave it alone anyways.
 
Parallels has just released an update to their Desktop software and this fixed the Tools installation loop problem for me.
