Windows 10 not starting anymore

Hi,
I am using this program since a long time and last week windows 10 stopped working. Everytime I try to start it it says that the PC wasn't started correctly and that there is a problem. after that it says automatic repair and i can't press on any button except turn off pc. What can I do ?

Hello, could you please collect the tech report once the issue reoccurs and post the repot's ID here?
Also once you start your VM please execute the sfc/ scannow command at the CMD and provide us with a results.

Sometimes I too find this issue. Recently I skip the repair and system got hang. Later called the tech support and resolved the issue.

The solution is to run the repair option don't skip it. The repair option will be recovered your Windows 10. If you don't know just follow the steps:

1. Click Startup Repair. ...
2. Type "cmd" into the main search box.
3. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
4. Type sfc /scannow at the command prompt and hit Enter. ...
5. Click on the download link at the bottom of your screen.
6. Click Accept.
7. Select Create installation media for another PC and click Next.
