Windows 10 login "incorrect password" in full-screen

If I try to log-in with my Win10 guest in full-screen, I get an incorrect password indication. If I reduce the Win10 window-size so it's not full-screen, then I can log in without issue.

This is not 100% repeatable but it has happened several times recently. I'm using Parallels Desktop 14.1.0
