Windows 10 Keeps Pausing

Hey folks,
I've disabled pause in the configuration settings yet the VM continues to pause. I recently did an update, installed Tools, uninstalled Tools and it seems there's nothing I can do to make it stop pausing the VM. Any ideas?

Please clarify if you reinstalled Parallels Tools after uninstalling?
