Windows 10 is running SUPER SLOW

Hello,
I cant seem to get my windows 10 to run properly. It's extremely frustrating trying to get work done when you have to wait 10 sec every time you click something for it to open, or not even run at all. I've read all the forums concerning this issue with no resolution in sight. I need help with this ASAP please.

Also Windows wont let me type in its search bar on occasion. What is that about?
