I am try to install Windows 10 Arm Edition from MSDN but i have problem .

That version doesn't work. You need to register for the Windows Insider program and download the Win 10 on ARM version from there.

Why ? It's official Arm Version release . I already install from windows insider program but i want the released version.

Because the official release is an older version (I think a 19XXX build) that doesn't work with Parallels or the M1. I don't know the technical details, but it doesn't work. And even if it could run, it wouldn't support x64 emulation. That was first introduced in an 21XXX build.

I could be because it is a 32-bit only edition for IoT devices.

Same problem. OK, that is just weird. Hope I can use my MSDN sub to get insider preview. Ugh.
