Windows 10 freezes in Parallels 17 on macOS Monterey 12.5

Getting recurrent freezing in Parallels 17 especially when highlighting text in word. Have to wait or force quit. Please advise.

1. Are you facing this issue only when working with MS word or it's often used happen?
2. How much ram do you have on your host Mac and how much ram do you have assigned to the Virtual Machine?
3. Please help us with the 9-digit technical report ID so that we can investigate the issue.
