Windows 10 don't start up it says: Unable to connect Hard Disk 1

I updated my Mac yesterday to Ventura 13.2.1 and after that so did Windows not start up any longer. Then I try to update Parallels to Version 17.1.6 (51584) but it won't help ?
It still says: Unable to connect to Hard Disk 1.... Please can some help me, I have so much important info on my Windows ?

I have tried to email, chat, message parallels but they not help me.... terrible service. They just send a link to how I shall do but it not work.
I have like this Parallels since I install it 2018, but now I lost all tings because an update to Ventura. I have saved things in Windows and sa programs and files and now they not help me.
They only want the money all the times for updates but don't care about customer service. Shame Parallels......
