Windows 10 crashing while updating Parallels Tools

I´m using the latest version of Parallels v16 with an Windows 10 Pro VM on macOS X 11.6 Big Sur.
Since the last release update of Paralllels two weeks ago, my macOS Keyboard layout isnt´t correctly mapped in the Windows 10 VM. In addition to this drag´ndrop of files between Windows 10 and macOS X isn´t working anymore.
So I tried to update the Parallels tools for many times, but every time after 67% the installation crashes the Windows 10 machine showing "System thread exception not handled" (s.a. Screenshot).
I found and followed allready the tips from this link

but the symptoms are the same. Blue Screen - Crash of Windows 10.
Any idea?

I have very same experience after upgrading to macOS Monterey.
Reinstallation of Parallel tools crashes at 60%, and integration with Windows is broken

I've actually managed to fix it. I followed all the steps here: https://kb.parallels.com/8969 and while initial attmpets failed, the last one advice to install parallel tools when in Windows safe mode worked. After restart all works as expected

Thanks for your tip. After spending 3 more hours on that problem, for me these steps
https://kb.parallels.com/120845 helped to install the fresh parallels tools without problems. No it seems, that everything works like before.
