Windows 10 blank screen

Windows 10 was working fine. I moved some files from mac to windows 10. It finished and then the win 10 screen goes black. If I restart win 10 I see the startup screen then the screen goes blank. See attached screen shot. How can I fix this without creating a new win 10 virtual disk?

Hi nealt. Please start the virtual machine. Select Actions (from the Mac menu bar) -> Take Snapshot. Again select Actions -> Reset and check if it works.
