Win 7 internet not wokring

I'm currently trying to upgrade my windows 7 to windows 10, but I can't get windows 7 to connect to the internet and looking for some help. My computer is running OS X 10.11 and parallels desktop 11.0.2.
I have tried the following things so far:
reinstalled parallel tools
deleted wifi card in win 7 and let it reinstalled
removed the network in parallels config and added a new one
tried the different bridge options with no luck
tried having my computer hard wired
pinging google in cmd only to get could not find server since theres no internet
