Where is my (previous) Windows version installed?

Hello everybody,

My wife complained about the fan making a lot of noise on het MacBook Pro. I checked Apple-support and found that System Management Controller should be resettled. I followed the procedure (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295) but what happened was a complete reset of the MacBook Pro.

Fortunately with my AppleId everything was back in place very fast. Also Parallels. But Windows was has not been recovered, was completely missing and could not be opened? I could not find it anywhere so decided to install a 'new' Windows Version.

That version worked fine again under Parallels, but the Apps, running under the previous version of Windows, were also missing. Does anybody know where they are stored on my local disk? Under Parallels?

Problem is solved! Made a stupid mistake and logged in on wrong account.
