Where can I obtain a Windows 10 iso?

Please note that Microsoft no longer provides support for Windows 10 on ARM devices, and as such, it is Windows 10 is no longer supported to run in Parallels Desktop on M-series chips.

I was aware that Windows 10 is no longer supported by Microsoft and it makes sense that Parallels would also not support it.
However, if I obtained a Windows 10 ARM iso, I would still like to know if it would install and run. Perhaps a non-Parallels contributor could enlighten me?
