What version of Parallels do I need to install Windows 7 Home Premium.

I have never used Parallels. I would like to install Win 7 Home Premium on my Mac Pro and most likely some time later upgrade it to Win 10. Which version of Parallels to I need for the first action and then the later upgrade?

Hello Thomas,
I would suggest you to install Parallels Desktop 11 which is the latest version and is compatible with Windows 7 as well as version 10.

Sylvester, thank you for your response. I later thought that the right answer might be dependent on what MAC OS I was running rather than what Windows I was installing, and given my MacBook is running El Capitan, than perhaps Desktop 11 is the right answer. Thus, i will order it in a few days. Is there documentation you can point me to for installing 11 and than Windows 7?
