Parallels Workstation 2.1 Beta 3 panic

In my cases, the panics have been after installing Beta 3 on my iMac 2.0Ghz and setting up a vanilla XP SP2 image + Parallels Tools.

Both times, the VM is running but in the background / hidden when the kernel panic occurs.

    panic.log:

    Description: Panic (system crashes) log

I just had two of these kernel panics this morning, in both cases I had Outlook & an Access database open with a VPN connection in the Windows XP VM while doing something else in OS X. In one case the machine was sitting idle while I was out of the room.
