Want to go back to Win Desktop but no longer have copy of Windows

Two years ago I used Parallels Desktop, but last year I didn't and deleted it from my system.
(M1 Mac Mini)
I'm thinking of going back in order to run Microsoft Access but now I don't have a copy of Windows 11.
I think I got my original version through Parallels but now I see that you have to purchase a copy.
Do I still get a copy through Parallels since I had one before or do I need to purchase a new one?
