VPN and Windows Authentication Issue

Hi,
I have a Windows 10 VM, and installed on that is a Cisco VPN Client. The Client connects, and I'm able to navigate around the network as expected.
However, when navigating to the intranet anything requiring windows authentication fails - I've tested using Chrome and IE.
This is when the network connection is set as shared or bridged.
When tested on a Win 10 laptop everything works as expected.
Anybody have any ideas?

Hi, I have the same issue, but i connect vpn to a client network. I found that is a problem when windows try to resolve the name, if i wrote the ip address they connect to the machine that i want, but it only works if i connect to a database.
