VNC - feature removed??

I have PD15 Pro installed and needed to enable remote console access via VNC. Pretty sure I remember this being a feature in past versions, but I haven't needed it until today. To my dismay, it seems like the feature was removed? I noted the syntax for the `prlctl` command line tool from here, but it didn't work. The syntax I tried was:

prlctl set Win10 --vnc-mode manual --vnc-port 5901 --vnc-passwd abc123​

And there is nothing in the GUI anywhere about enabling VNC.
Was this removed?
