virtual machine(ubuntu and kali linux) cannot connect network in shared mode

My PD version is 18.1.1. My mac version is intel 10.15.7.
I try wireshark, and find that for a DNS query from the vm, 10.211.55.1 does respond, but its answer is "No such name", which is incorrect, because mac can resolve this domain name.
I've tried a lot of ways, none of which works.
- shutdown vms and restart PD
- allow full disk access
- sudo rm /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist, sudo rm /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist

To let us better understand the situation, please perform the following steps:

1. Run the Parallels Desktop.

2. Reproduce the issue.

3. Collect a technical report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.
