virtual machine not available

Good day Iam having this problem in a MacBook Pro. SUdenely I have this message "the virtual machine is not available" with 3 choices Remove-cancel-locate
if you time remove the whole parallel and windows and all programs are deleted, if type cancel you leave the program if type locate you get a choice to chose windows 10 and if use this choice give you the following messsage "the specific location contains another virtual machine" the path you have specified contains the files that belong to another virtual machine.

Hi pabloi. Please locate the virtual machine using the Spotlight search. Once the file is located, double-click it to start the virtual machine and check if it works.
