Vimeo download error

When I try to download a Vimeo file, with "download video", it goes to "1 second left" and it can't finish the process... fix it please!

To let us understand the issue, kindly reproduce the issue and collect a technical report as per this article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107
Then copy link to the video in a report's description and provide 9-digit ID of the report in a reply message.
